I'm Shae Miller — a blood aunt to my nephew Waylon and niece Lexie, and a chosen auntie to many more. Being an auntie isn't just something I do, it's a huge part of who I am. I started Auntie Mail Club because I wanted to bring that same joy — the kind only an auntie can deliver — to kids everywhere. Every postcard I send is written personally by me, because every child deserves to feel like someone special is thinking of them.

Our kits are designed for children ages 5–10. Younger kids (5–7) may need a little help from a grown-up, while older kids (8–10) can write independently. All prompts are written to be accessible and fun across the full age range.

Your child becomes pen pals directly with me — Aunt Shae! I personally write to every child in the club. You choose how often you'd like mail to arrive with the Biweekly Pen Pal Postcard ($6.99/month — 2 postcards per month!). Every piece of mail is warm, personal, and written just for your child.

Who is writing the letters?

Me! I'm Aunt Shae, and I personally write every single letter and postcard. This isn't a template or a form letter — your child gets a real, handwritten-style note from someone who genuinely loves kids and the magic of mail.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime — no questions asked. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada and the UK — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order ships. We ship via USPS First Class. Expedited options are not currently available, but we're working on it!

Is shipping free?

Shipping is $5.99 for physical items, including Starter Kits, supplies, and mailboxes. Pen Pal subscriptions and Mystery Mail do not have a shipping charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Email us at auntiemailclub@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right!
